Description: On or about February 2, 2012, Plaintiff had parallel-parked his motor vehicle. Plaintiff had a passenger with him in the motor vehicle. As Plaintiff was about to exit his vehicle, Defendants in plainclothes stepped out of NYPD's unmarked motor vehicle. One or more Defendants asked Plaintiff if he had any contraband. Plaintiff responded no. Without any reasonable suspicion or probable cause, one or more Defendants patted Plaintiff down and searched inside the pockets of his clothing but found nothing illegal.
