Description: On or about June 25, 2023 Plaintiff was picking up his daughter at a dedicated drop-off area. When his daughter was not dropped off, Plaintiff requested POs Eugene Urman, Paloma Pena, Felix Tejada, Justin Taraza, or John and Jane Doe 1-6 at a nearby precinct to file a Domestic Incident Report. Instead, POs assaulted Plaintiff by pushing him down the stairs, which caused injuries to Plaintiff's head, back, and ankle. POs also threatened Plaintiff with arrest. Many of these POs had a known history of violent misconduct. Plaintiff called 911 for an ambulance outside the precinct and EMTs shortly responded.
