Description: In the evening, plaintiff was accosted by defendant police officers and requested defendant officers' identification information. Defendant officers became irate and physically abused plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to Transit District Two and was charged with resisting arresting and disorderly conduct. Plaintiff was acquitted of resisting arrest but was convicted of disorderly conduct.
