Description: On September 16th, 2014, Plaintiff (pro se) was arrested after his wife called the police for domestic violence. Plaintiff was acquitted on the criminal charges. Plaintiff was ordered out of their apartment and was arrested without probable cause. Plaintiff alleges that after multiple moves across the city, City personnel were conspiring with his wife to stalk and harass him as a "resurrection of American eugenics." Plaintiff alleges that this organized stalking was also taking place in European countries, including Hungary.
