Description: On June 30 2022, NYPD Officers Orthman Lantir, Mario Alcantara, John Doe, and John Row unlawfully approached the Plaintiff without legal justification. They unlawfully searched the Plaintiff, grabbed and assaulted him, and thereafter battered and detained him before arrested the Plaintiff and taking him to the police station in handcuffs. The Plaintiff was incarcerated for a period of over 24 hours and compelled to appear in court until all charges were eventually terminated. The Plaintiff was battered, humiliated, and photographed in a brutally excessive manner causing permanent injuries to his head, neck, and limbs.
