Description: On January 14, 2017, plaintiff was operating a vehicle on a public road in Queens, when he was directed by defendant police officers Ward and one unnamed officer (Doe) to pull over; plaintiff complied with the order. Defendant Ward ordered the plaintiff to step outside the vehicle and the plaintiff questioned why he needed to step outside. Defendant Ward responded by opening the driver's door and forcibly removing plaintiff from the vehicle. Description: On July 28, 2012 Antuan Grant was near the intersection of Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue with Ebony Burrowes and Dahima Howell, all three were going to a nearby grocery store together. A marked NYPD patrol car pulled up, P.O.s Eric Callagy and Robert Miga exited the car and demanded Grant and his companions to freeze. P.O.s had their hands on their revolvers in the ready position.
