Description: On March 20, 2017 at 6:00 am, Plaintiff Sharonda Smith, and her roommate
were lawfully present inside of their apartment located at 20 Richman Plaza, Apt. 31H, Bronx when Defendant police officers Patrick Swayne, Jeffrey, Marika Regnier and unknown officers John Doe #s 1- 4 forcefully entered without consent, warrant or probable cause. Defendants subjected the plaintiff to an unlawful search, false arrest, and false imprisonment, unlawfully handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the 46th Precinct against her will where she was unlawfully fingerprinted, photographed and detained in a holding cell for many hours.
