Description: On May 23, 2018 in the vicinity of 1165 Broadway, NY, NY, Plaintiff was helping someone find a wholesale t-shirt company when defendants stopped, handcuffed and arrested her. Plaintiff was not engaged in any unlawful behavior and did not possess or sell anything unlawful. Plaintiff was arrested, transported to the 13 precinct, and strip searched. After several hours, plaintiff was transported to Manhattan Central Booking. On May 24, 2018 Plaintiff was arraigned and charged with Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Plaintiff was released and ordered to return to court. From May 24 to September 17, 2018 Plaintiff made numerous court appearances until the case again...
