Complaint
Description: On July 2, 2018, plaintiff Natalie Burke was at 386 Madison Street, Brooklyn, New York where she was assaulted by Terron Johnson. Johnson had been issued a limited order of protection. Natalie Burke phoned 911 and notwithstanding her complaints that she had been assaulted, was arrested wrongfully by NYPD officers including Bermaly Nunez despite there being no probable cause that she had committed a crime. She complains of violation of civil rights pursuant to 42 USC ยง1983, false arrest and imprisonment, and denial of fair trial, and violation of equal protection.
