Description: On August 12, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully walking in the vicinity of 66 Vermilyea, NY, NY, when several unidentified New York City Police Officers, including Defendants McIntyre and Jiminez. Defendants unlawfully searched plaintiff, without a lawful basis to do so, then assaulted, battered and used excessive force on plaintiff, threw to the ground, punched and otherwise beat him, causing injuries to his face, mouth and teeth requiring treatment at a local hospital. Defendants placed plaintiff into handcuffs and under arrest. Plaintiff was taken to a local hospital, then to the police precinct.
