Description: On March 4, 2017, plaintiff was sleeping at his girlfriends apartment when officers kicked in the door claiming they had a warrant. At the precinct, defendants falsely claimed plaintiff was seen committing a crime. Plaintiff was taken to Brooklyn Central Booking then released after 24 hours without seeing a judge.
