Description: On October 13, 2014 at about 6:00 PM, Plaintiff Everson Francis was driving and had stopped at a stop sign when he saw a police car flashing its lights at him. The officer (Officer Liberator) pulled him over and asked for his license/registration. Plaintiff asked why he had been pulled over, and the officer responded, "When you give me your license, I'll tell you." Officer Liberator said he pulled plaintiff over because he had run a stop sign. Plaintiff listed his legal rights, which made Officer Liberator so upset that he pulled plaintiff out of the car and pushed him against the car. Plaintiff complied.
