Description: On February 22, 2013, at approximately 5 AM, while Plaintiff was asleep in his apartment, the door of his apartment was violently broken down by several unknown Defendant NYPD officers in tactical gear. Plaintiff was thrown from his bed and held down by the Defendants while they viciously attacked Plaintiff. Plaintiff was repeatedly struck in the face, chest, arms, and stomach while being held down on the floor. Plaintiff was aggressively handcuffed and forced to leave the apartment. Plaintiff's girlfriend, who was naked in the bathroom at the time the Defendants entered, was forced to leave the bathroom naked and immediately thrown to the floor and handcuffed, without being given an opportunity to put on cloth...
