Complaint
Description: On June 9, 2019, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including POs Martinez Yadarquiris and Yadarquiris Molina without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes and assaulted and battered the plaintiff. The plaintiff's hands were then contorted behind his back and then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was taken to the 42nd Precinct where she was fingerprinted, photographed and searched and was then taken to Bronx Central Booking where she was processed again. The charges were ultimately dropped on April 9, 2020.
