Description: On September 15, 2014, Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by unidentified "John Doe" police officers while in the 1st floor hallway of a building, located in Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff was arrested, confined, assaulted and sustained serious injuries. Plaintiff alleges that such actions exceeded all reasonable bounds of decency, were outrageous and shocking and resulted in severe emotional distress to the Plaintiff.
