Description: On May 26, 2019 at approximately 6:30 a.m., the Plaintiff, Raheim Williamson, was lawfully located at or near the premises at 310 East 102 Street, Apt 5B, in the County of New York, City and State of New York, when, without any legal justification or excuse, the Defendant police officers, JOHN DOES 1-3 unlawfully seized and questioned the Mr. Williamson. The search revealed no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband and Mr. Williamson was not engaged in any unlawful or suspicious activity. Description: On October 4, 2019, plaintiff's brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down and wheelchair-bound, was being roughly and physically searched by defendant P.O. Zalewski and other P.O.s. Upon arriving at the scene of his handcuffed brother, plaintiff asked the P.O.s why they were arresting him. Despite complying with the P.O.s' orders, plaintiff was pushed by defendant P.O. Aiello. Plaintiff attempted to walk away but defendant P.O.s Elliott and Aiello continued to follow and push plaintiff. Defendant P.O. Wang ordered his officers to handcuff plaintiff.
