Description: On June 18, 2021, Plaintiff was in his apartment when him and his pregnant girlfriend were attacked by his landlord and his landlord's two sons. When Defendants Police Officers Arhenis Lopezestevez, Philip Robinson, Jose Figueiredo, Timothy Howell, and Ramon Salcedo arrived, they saw Plaintiff bleeding, his lacerated hand, head, and body. Plaintiff explained to the Defendant Officers how he had been attacked and slashed in his apartment by his landlord's two sons.
