Complaint
Description: On June 23, 2023, at around 7:14PM, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped by Defendant Officer’s including Defendant Officer Alexis Ortiz. Defendant. Defendant’s accused Plaintiff of having an open container of alcohol, but Plaintiff did not. He was illegally seized and aggressively grabbed and assault. They then illegally searched Plaintiff, shoving their having ito his clothes and private areas. They recovered no contraband from Plaintiff. Plaintiff ended up requiring medical treatments due to the extensive bruises. While at the Precinct, Defendant Officer’s subjected Plaintiff to a strip search where they forced Plaintiff to completely disrobe and no contraband was recovered.
