Description: On March 6, 2019 Mr. Maggio was waiting in his backyard while EMT's tended to his daughter's medical emergency inside his home. 12 officers arrived and formed a barrier blocking him from the home. Shortly after, the the daughter's nurse informed Mr. Maggio she was breathing. As Mr. Maggio attempted to enter the house, Officers Salvatore Oliveri, Christopher Payne, Peter Evensen, Annaruth Legare, Jonathan Bass, and James Amundsen forced him to the ground. Officer Ryan McGuiness kicked him in the back while he was on the ground. Officers Oliveri, Payne, Evense, Legare, Bass, and Amundsen handcuffed Mr. Maggio's too tightly and put him in a sitting position. Officer McGuinness un-holstered his taser "in a threa...
