Description: On an unknown date in 2015, plaintiff was near Union Square when he was arrested without probable cause as part of an oxycodone undercover operation. Defendant police officer Haggerty then signed a false complaint accusing plaintiff of being in possession of marijuana. Plaintiff was never indicted and the case was dismissed entirely on November 19, 2015.

Description: On January 15, 2014, Lenard Berrian was walking on the block of 43rd street with another individual, when NYPD officers Daniel Bernstein and Mohammed Donyo exited a police vehicle posing as a taxi cab and rushed toward them. Officer Donyo handcuffed and searched Berrian, both patting him down and unzipping his jacket to search inside it. The officers also searched the surrounding area and recovered no contraband. Members of the public recorded the incident with their phones and one handed later handed Berrian his business card so that he could recover the recording.
