Description: On January 8, 2011, plaintiff was walking home from a store at 355 E. 112 St., NY, NY when he was stopped, questioned, frisked and assaulted by several NYPD Officers. One officer ran up from behind plaintiff, tackled him to the ground and handcuffed him. Officers pushed his head into the freezing cold snow. Plaintiff was detained for 45 minutes before officers released him without charges. In summer 2012, plaintiff was lawfully standing on 128th St. and Lennox Ave, NY, NY, when he was once again stopped, questioned, frisked and assaulted by several NYPD officers.
