Description: On April 19, 2019, NYPD officer Robert Mui, Kings County District Attorney's Office legal assistant Alberto Oquendo, John or Jane Doe improperly stopped, searched, questioned, arrested, and detained Sade Jennings who was properly near 143 Sterling st. of Brooklyn. Jennings was improperly targeted by the officers based on race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or other improper characteristics. Specifically, Jennings was improperly targeted based on her African American female identity. Jennings was approached by the above personnel for no apparent reason and without reasonable suspicion and questioned her.
