Description: Defendant Officer asked Plaintiff what he was "doing out here" and Plaintiff asked what kind of a question is that. Defendant Officer then told Plaintiff that he was going to jail and he slammed Plaintiff to the ground. Officer searched Plaintiff and found no contraband.
