Description: On August 16, 2015, the Plaintiff was approached by named Defendants, Narine Ramlochan, Gregory Vasquez, and Jessenia Tabb, without legal cause. At the time, the Plaintiff was not involved in any unlawful activity. He was searched by the Defendants, who found no guns, drugs, or contraband on him. Despite this, he was arrested without legal cause, handcuffed, and placed in the back of the police vehicle. Without resistance or provocation, the Defendants then maced the Plaintiff while he was in the back, requiring him to be taken to the hospital for treatment. Although lacking any legal or factual basis, the Defendants fraudulently claimed that the Plaintiff had committed a crime, resulting in him being unlawfull...

Description: On October 28, 2015, plaintiff was approached in the backseat of a car parked in Brooklyn by unnamed defendant NYPD officers, who searched plaintiff and such car without her consent, before arresting her violently, handcuffing her, and dragging her from the ground by the handcuffs, causing extreme pain to plaintiff's wrists, arms and shoulders. Defendant officers then slammed plaintiff into a police vehicle, before transporting her to a local precinct. Plaintiff was not charged with a crime. Plaintiff suffered severe physical injuries as a result of this incident, as well as emotional injuries.
