Description: On or about July 14, 2022 at about 9:40 p.m., when plaintiffs were inside their home, police officers forced their way into the plaintiffs’ home without any warrant or authority damaging and/or destroying the plaintiffs’ properties. Police officers forcibly grab Plaintiff and slam him down on the floor. Police officers tightly handcuffed plaintiff and when plaintiff complained about the tight handcuff, the officers ignored plaintiffs’ request. No contraband was found from the search.
