Description: On or about June 2, 2020, Plaintiff was attending a barbeque in front of his residence. Uniformed POs Tue and John and Jane Doe 1-10 pulled up in an unmarked vehicle and asked attendees if they had weapons. The POs searched 5 - 6 attendees, including Plaintiff, without consent. They also searched Plaintiff's car without consent. No searches produced evidence of anything illegal. When Plaintiff inquired why his vehicle was being searched, a PO pushed him. Description: On May 11, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of East 196th Street and Valentine Avenue in the Bronx, New York.
