Description: On August 24, 2013, Plaintiff Steven D. Brown was lawfully present at the NYC subway station located at 42nd Street in Manhattan when Defendants Officer Eduardo Gomez (Shield # 24236) and Officers John Does, without probable cause, arressted and confined Plaintiff and then assaulted and battered him, causing Plaintiff to suffer severe injuries in various parts of his body and to suffer great pain, distress, mental anguish, and psychological trauma. The actions exceeded all reasonable bounds of decency and were outrageous and shocking. The Defendants then created and submitted an erroneous police report in an effort to cover up their actions and initiate a prosecution in bad faith.
