Description: On or about July 25, 2019 at approximately 8:39 p.m. in the vicinity of 1490 Boston Road Plaintiff Paraison was driving and Plaintiff West was his passenger when the vehicle was unlawfully stopped by POs Santo Fiorenzo and John or Jane Doe 1-10, who had no legal justification for the stop. POs proceeded to unlawfully question Plaintiffs regarding illegal activity. They then unlawfully entered and searched the vehicle without consent. POs fabricated their observations to justify their illegal search and seizure. Plaintiffs were removed from the vehicle and restrained with excessively tight handcuffs, causing injury.
