Description: On January 13, 2013, the infant Plaintiff was lawfully inside their home when they were assaulted and battered by several NYPD defendants, including but not limited to POs Cook, Walsh, Giancarlos-Alia, and several other unknown NYPD officers. The assault and battery on the Plaintiff were without probable cause and was not the result of an appropriate arrest. The Defendants then arrested and confined the infant Plaintiff without any legal grounds, justification, or warrant. As a result of the actions of the Defendants, the infant Plaintiff became sick, sore, lame, and disabled and received serious and severe injuries. The Defendants then submitted an erroneous police report to cover up their actions and initiate...
