Description: Plaintiff was walking down the street and saw some acquaintances that she said hi to. The group then went to another friend's apartment, had a brief visit, and then left. After they had walked a couple blocks away, defendant officers approached them, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was charged with possession and sale of marijuana for allegedly aiding in a drug transaction at the apartment. Charges were dismissed at arraignment.
