Description: On October 4, 2020, Plaintiff Journalist Pena Fernandez was lawfully present at or about the premises of 1530 White Plains Road in Bronx County when Plaintiff was approached, assaulted and battered by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Randy Dominguez, Dino Vucetovic, and Javiel Flores. Plaintiff was transported to Jacobi Hospital for treatment of his injuries while under police custody, then was transported to the 43rd Precinct.

Description: On February 18, 2019, Plaintiff Brown had stopped in a convenience store to purchase an iced tea while his clothes were being washed at the laundromat. While talking to the store owner about some police officers who had entered the store previously, those Police officers reentered the store and confronted Brown. Officer Randy Dominguez and two other officers demanded Plaintiff Brown put his arms behind his back and arrested him for having an open container of alcohol, even though at no point did Plaintiff Brown have an open container or violate any other law.
