Description: On October 8, 2010, Plaintiff was operating a car when he was pulled over without probable cause by NYPD officer defendants, including Detectives Carpenter and Lamagra. Defendants removed Plaintiff from his car and searched his vehicle. Plaintiff sustained injuries from being forcibly removed and being handcuffed too tightly.
