Description: On November 17, 2018, at the Mosholu Parkway subway station, in Bronx, NY, plaintiff was riding on a subway train when police officers approached him and asked him to exit the subway car. Upon exiting the car, police officers placed him under arrest. At arraignment, plaintiff was charged with jostling. Police officers claimed plaintiff approached a sleeping passenger and felt and squeezed the pants and coat pockets of a sleeping passenger. Plaintiff never squeezed the pockets of any passenger on the train. Bail was set at arraignment. Plaintiff was incarcerated for 4 days. Plaintiff attended 4 court appearances. On April 10, 2019, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
