Description: On December 8, 2023, police officers Seyda Hussain, Alinson Tavarespolanco and other unnamed police officers approached, searched, seized and arrested Platintiff when Plaintiff was at 163 Street and Kelly St in Bronx. Plaintiff was touched, grabbed, handcuffed and police officers caused battery about Plaintiff's head, limb, neck, back and body. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrested and maliciously prosecuted. He was fingerprinted, photographed and humiliated.
