Description: On September 12, 2015 at approximately 1:00am, Plaintiff decedent was riding his motorcycle when, without probable cause or reason, Officer Almanzar and Officer Flynn engaged in an excessive and unreasonable high-speed chase of Plaintiff decedent. As a result of the high-speed chase, Plaintiff decedent ultimately died due to severe blunt forced trauma suffered when he was caused to fall off his motorcycle.
