Description: On or about November 2, 2014, defendant NYPD officers Daniel Zhang, Pedro Lopez and Joseph Kaiser, along with unnamed defendant NYPD sergeant Annemarie Murphy, as well as unnamed defendant NYPD officers, repeatedly shot (with handguns), assaulted and battered plaintiff, while subjecting him to an illegal search, and falsely arresting him. Defendants then maliciously prosecuted plaintiff by making false allegations against him to support false criminal charges. Plaintiff suffered severe/life threatening physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident.
