Description: On or about April 24, 2022 at approximately 5:00 P.M. at or around the intersection
of East 125th Street and First Avenue, New York, NY, NYPD officers of the 25th Precinct seized the claimant, James Morse without probable cause or reasonable
suspicion to believe that he had committed or was about to commit a crime or criminal violation. While Mr. Morse was out of his vehicle filming Police activity, he was told by the defendant police officers to stop filming. Mr. Morse responded that it was his right to do so. He was then tackled to the ground by the officers sustaining personal injuries.
