Description: On or about October 5, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully walking on the sidewalk in Manhattan when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, and restrained by Defendant NYPD officers, including Officer Jacob Aaronson, Officer Shaun Marks, and others. The officers had no reasonable suspicion or probable cause to stop or arrest Plaintiff. Defendant also did not have a warrant to arrest.
