Description: On or about December 28, 2019, police officers Christophe Ash, Justin Gabelman, Elaine Galvin, and John Doe 1-5 falsely arrested Shanee Jennings. Jennings was at her home 184-19 Henderson Avenue at Queens. Jennings was taking a refuge from her abusive uncle when the officers warrantlessly removed Jennings from her home with threats of violence, lifted and slammed her onto an EMS stretcher-including slamming her head against metal siderails of the stretcher, arrested and detained her while assaulting her verbally and physically.
