Complaint
Description: On May 11, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully at or about the premises known as 551 St. Lawrence Avenue, when he was approached, assaulted and battered by the Defendants, including POs Timothy Brehen and Bobby Baker. The assault and battery consisted of being jumped on, tackled to the ground, was assaulted by a Taser and/or other conductive energy device and then forcefully placed in handcuffs. The plaintiff was falsely arrested and taken to the 43th Precinct where he was held in a holding cell for a period of time. While at the premises, the plaintiff requested medical attention as a result of the injuries sustained by the Defendants, but was ignored.
