Complaint
Description: On or about December 4, 2016 Plaintiff was peacefully protesting when Sgt. Rodriguez, POs Ford, Moyles, and John Does wrongfully and excessively detained, arrested, frisked, searched, assaulted, touched, battered, and verbally abused Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was taken to a police precinct or other holding area and thereafter maliciously prosecuted on a false charge of harassment. The District Attorney ultimately declined to prosecute Plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered severe and permanent injuries of a physical and psychological nature as a result of this incident.
