Description: On May 1, 2020, Jose Romero was lawfully near Morris Ave and E 196 th. st. of Bronx and was not acting in any suspicious manner. At around 6pm, police officers Cotter, John Doe and John Roe arrested Romero. Romero was physically assaulted by the officers in an excessive manner without a reason to believe that Romero committed a crime. The officers not only strip searched Romero, but also maliciously assaulted Romero and threatened him of physical force resulting in Romero's physical injury.
