Description: On October 22, 2013, Defendants arrested and charged Plaintiff with being the individual who used a stolen credit card on September 17, 2013. The Defendant officers arrested and signed a criminal complaint against Plaintiff without probable cause to believe that he was the McDonald's customer who used the stolen credit card. The following day, Plaintiff was brought before a criminal court judge and released, and on December 12, 2013, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
