Description: On or about April 16, 2016 Plaintiff was lawfully in an apartment in Linden, New Jersey when several unidentified POs burst in and ordered her to the ground. She was arrested, taken to a precinct, then Manhattan Central Booking. At arraignment Plaintiff learned she was being falsely accused of gun trafficking. Plaintiff was then remanded to the custody of the Department of Correction for approximately two years, including Rikers, until a jury acquitted her of all criminal charges on or about January 30, 2018.
