Description: On September 11, 2015, plaintiffs were standing outside an apartment building when defendant officers, in plainclothes, exited an unmarked car and started running toward plaintiffs. Fearful for their safety, plaintiffs ran back into the apartment building but were tackled by defendants. Defendants began punching and kicking plaintiffs. Defendants dragged plaintiffs outside and arrested them. Plaintiffs were taken to the 28th precinct and one of the plaintiffs was hospitalized.
