Description: Defendant Officer Cruz attempted to interrogate Plaintiff while he was recovering from surgery and heavily medicated after he was stabbed two days prior. Officer Cruz went to the hospital the next day and handcuffed/shackled Plaintiff to his hospital bed on charges of Assault in the 2nd and 3rd Degree, Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree. Description: On or about August 5, 2012 Plaintiff parked his expensive car in a parking lot, gave the attendant the key to the car, received a claim ticket in return, and left to visit family. Plaintiff returned the next day and handed the attendant his claim ticket only to be told that Plaintiff had already driven it away. Plaintiff insisted it was not him and asked to review the video surveillance but the camera was not in operation. Plaintiff then called 911 and two unnamed POs responded.
