Description: On May 3, 2020, at 4 pm, the Plaintiff was lawfully outside socializing with several friends in the vicinity of 482 Monroe Street in Brooklyn when several officers approached the Plaintiff and his friends and handed them free face masks to protect themselves against COVID letting them know they could continue socializing. Several minutes later the defendant officers approached the Plaintiff and his friends, unlawfully asking them to produce their identification and ordered them to disperse.
