Complaint
Description: On April 8, 2022, police officers Ryan Bradley and Joseph Longa initiated a traffic stop of plaintiff Ralph Iorio's vehicle, even if they did not have any legal basis for such stop. Being put in custody by the police officers, plaintiff was caused to be negligently, intentionally, wrongfully, willfully, maliciously and with gross negligence, physically assaulted by the police officers, and suffered severe and permanent physical injuries.
