Description: On November 15, 2014 Plaintiff had just completed a 10-hour shift as a security officer and her employment was terminated. She drove to another establishment to apply for a job and there had to call her husband to pick her up because she was distraught. Plaintiff then dozed off and was woken up by New York Racing Authority officers. Plaintiff was arrested for trespassing, potentially by PO Sandra Deleonmoya, and incarcerated for approximately 24 hours. Plaintiff suffered deprivation of liberty and sustained great emotional injuries as a result of this incident.
