Description: On January 9, 2013, after the Plaintiff made a purchase at a corner store in the vicinity of 99 Tompkins Avenue in Brooklyn and got into a friend's car, the car was stopped by Defendant Officers. Defendant Officers Mosca, LeBron, O'Brian and Fischer then falsely accused Plaintiff of selling drugs and without reasonable suspicion dragged him out of the car and subsequently searched him and the vehicle without finding neither contraband nor evidence of any crime. Defendant Officers then placed the Plaintiff under arrest despite the lack of any probable cause.
